Surgical excision of endometriosis

This is the basic pillar of endometriosis management. Our goal is the complete and radical removal (excision) of all endometriosis foci, the restoration of anatomy with the aim of symptom remission and the preservation/improvement of your fertility potential.
This should be done with the aim of preserving healthy organs and avoiding inadvertent injury. However, significant experience and expertise in endometriosis surgery is required to achieve this with precision and maximum safety. Otherwise, a significant risk of serious complications exists. Dr. Grigoriadis specializes in the surgical removal (excision) of endometriosis (trained by the internationally renowned Professor Horace Roman, France) and has extensive experience in the surgical management of all cases of endometriosis, from superficial to the most complex cases of invasive disease.
In collaboration with colleagues from other specialties, we have put together a highly-skilled, multi-disciplinary surgical team, able to handle even the most complex endometriosis cases (e.g. endometriosis of the bowel, nerves, urinary tract, etc.) safely and with maximum efficiency.
